FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions about our application.

On the homepage, no list is displayed when using the dropdown button in the table name field.

  • To find the table names, an entry in the field is required. The button can only expand or collapse the list.

If the "Table ID" field is activated on the homepage, no tables will be displayed.

  • To find the created tables, an entry must be made in the field. Only then will a list of table names containing the entered value appear.

The table you are looking for is not displayed in the list on the homepage.

  • The listing of table names is limited to 20 entries. If the table you are looking for is not in the list, refine your selection in the Table ID field with additional input.

Loading the table list on the homepage takes a long time.

  • When the app is first launched, there may be a delay as the system needs to initially load the list of table names from the backend. Afterward, the response times should be shorter during further interactions.

The table content of a selected table is not displayed, or loading the content takes a very long time.

  • Especially with large tables, it may happen that loading the data exceeds the time allocated for this process in the system. By re-selecting the table within a session, the content should be displayed. After closing a table and reopening it within a session, the loading time is shorter, as the content is stored in the application's cache.

There is no help available for selecting a change number.

  • Currently, SAP does not provide a standardized interface for this function.
